Train is hitting the road this summer for the DROPS OF JUPITER: 25 YEARS IN THE ATMOSPHERE TOUR, celebrating a milestone in their career. The tour will travel across 38 U.S. cities, marking 25 years since the release of their Grammy-winning song “Drops of Jupiter.” Fans in Texas can catch the band live at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on Friday, August 14, 2026, with special guests Barenaked Ladies and Matt Nathanson.
Train will perform many of their best-loved songs, including “Hey, Soul Sister,” “Drive By,” and “Drops of Jupiter.” The lineup features Pat Monahan, Hector Maldonado, Jerry Becker, Matt Musty, and new guitarist Butch Walker, who brings his own touch to the band’s familiar sound.

The upcoming jaunt will kick off July 8, covering over 38 cities in the United States, celebrating 25 years of chart-topping hits including the double-GRAMMY-winning track "Drops of Jupiter". Between their tour from West Palm Beach, Florida to their finale on Auburn, Washington, Train with guests Barenaked Ladies and Matt Nathanson will drop by at the incredible Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion on Friday, August 14, 2026.
Award-winning pop-rock band Train still HITS. It's been 25 years since they catapulted into stardom with their second studio album, 'Drops of Jupiter'. The band, made up of Pat Monahan (lead vocals), Hector Maldonaldo (bass, vocals), Jerry Becker (keyboards, guitar) and Matt Musty (drums), is ready to perform their best hits such as the RIAA diamond-certified #1 best-selling single "Hey, Soul Sister", 5x Platinum-certified anthem "Drive By" and of course the iconic "Drops of Jupiter". Fans will also witness the band's newest lead guitarist Butch Walker, a longtime collaborator and has wowed fans with his chemistry with the band in their previous tour.
Joining the multi-platinum band on stage are the Barenaked Ladies, consisting of Ed Robertson (guitar, vocals), Jim Creeggan (bass, vocals), Kevin hearn (keyboards, guitar, vocals), and Tyler Stewart (drums, vocals). They are the geniuses behind the endlessly popular The Big Bang Theory theme song and have sold 15 million records and released number one hits worldwide across their 35-year career. Expect live rendition of fan-favorite hits from their discography such as the thoughtful "Fifty for a While", the steamy "One Night" and a lot more.
