The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion
A norteño music event like no other at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Spring, Texas, on Sunday, August 30, 2026. Gates open at 3:00 PM and the music starts at 4:00 PM.
All of the top Regional Mexican artists will be performing at this historic event, including the hottest artist right now! Xavi, as well as the norteño legends Grupo Pesado, one of the most important groups in defining the Regional Mexican scene today. Los Dos De Tamaulipas, Los Ligaditos, and the explosive Mariangela complete the impressive roster of artists performing at this show.
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion holds 16,500 people, with plenty of space to move around in the beautiful open air setting that is surrounded by a large forest. Free parking for all!

EL BUENO, LA MALA Y EL FEO FEST THE REGIONAL MEXICANO SHOWCASE COMES TO THE CYNNTHIA WOODS MITCHELL PAVILION SUNDAY, AUGUST 30, 2026.
An incredible norteño showcase featuring Xavi, Grupo Pesado, Los Dos De Tamaulipas, Los Ligaditos and Mariangela will take place outside under the stars with thousands of fans in attendance celebrating the Regional Mexican music that so passionately fills the souls of fans all over the world.
This new Regional Mexican voice is Xavi. He is a very young artist, with so much energy, bringing a fresh take to the classic style norteño songwriting and live performances. Xavi is a new voice to the Regional Mexican music world. His songs speak of love and heartbreak, of hard work and of Mexican culture.
Group Pesado is a norteño band that has performed at many concerts throughout their decades long career. The group was founded in 1993 by Beto Zapata and Pepe Elizondo in Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico. The duo would go on to write many accordion driven songs that have greatly influenced the sound of modern norteño music. The group consists of five members, and skillfully play the traditional norteño instrument, the bajo sexto.
Los Dos De Tamaulipas will bring their own unique brand of Regional Mexican to the stage to round out the lineup of acts at the festival. Los Ligaditos and Singer/ Songwriter Mariangela will join the already exciting lineup of Grupo Pesado, and Xavi, bringing their own take to the genre of Regional Mexican music and all of its forms.
The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is a beautiful 16,500 seat outdoor amphitheater located at 2005 Lake Robbins Dr in The Woodlands, TX. There are 6,500 reserved seats in the pavilion, including pit seats up close to the stage, as well as lawn seats for up to 10,000 people to enjoy the show from a more relaxed setting.
Cashless purchasing is available throughout the Pavilion at all of the concession stands that serve up a variety of food and beverages to enjoy during the show. All areas of the Pavilion are wheelchair accessible and has designated parking for cars with disability permits as well as large vehicles and more. Free parking for cars will be available in lots around The Pavilion located at 2203 Timberloch Place and in lots around The Pavilion. Spaces will be on a first come, first serve and available 30 minutes prior to gate time. Priority parking will be available in The Pavilion's garage for a fee.
